The Tour to South Africa of Green World Group Senior Distributors from Lagos, NigeriaOn August 13th, 2012, Green World Group senior distributors of Lagos, Nigeria landed in Johannesburg and began their six-day tour of the “Rainbow Nation”. It was the fourth time Green World Group South Africa Branch received senior distributors from Nigeria.

On arriving at the airport, Lagos senior distributors could not restrain the excitement and took out their cameras to record the thrill for landing in such a beautiful country in the southern-most part of Africa. Mr. Lei Guo, the manager of Green World Group South Africa Johannesburg Branch as well as senior distributors of South Africa held a warm welcome ceremony for distributors coming far from Nigeria at the head office of Green World African Region. In the reception meeting, Lagos distributors were communicating with Green World South Africa distributors while enjoying the elaborately served dessert. Warm reception and fancy dessert made Lagos distributors relaxed after a long flight. The Lagos distributors could not hold back their excitement and extended heart-felt appreciation for the thoughtful reception of the South Africa Branch. In the evening, Mr. Lei Guo, the manager of South Africa Johannesburg Branch as well as the staff of the Johannesburg Branch held a grand welcome dinner party for the Lagos distributors at the Garden Lodge where the distributors stayed.

In the following four days, Green World Group Nigeria Lagos distributors started their tour in South Africa. They successively visited the modern fantastic Sun City, a wildlife zoo, then a magnificent and solemn residential palace in Pretoria. Of coarse not forgetting the luxury and gorgeous Monte Casino in Johannesburg and so on. Every place they visited left beautiful memories in their hearts. Lagos distributors enjoyed the pleasant tour and were touched by what they received from the Green World South Africa Group.

It happened to be the 5th Anniversary Ceremony of Green World South Africa Johannesburg Branch. Thus at the end of the tour, Lagos distributors were invited to attend this ceremony and made a speech. Mr. Ademola Adbulraham Adekunle stated the huge fortune and big success he had gained through Green World Group which shocked every South Africa distributor present. Everybody decided to take the Lagos distributor as an example and make excellent achievements regardless of difficulties and hardships.

The cheerful and successful tour to South Africa greatly inspired distributors from both Lagos and South Africa. All the distributors have strong faith in the future development of Green World Group and will work even harder on their Green World business. The Headquarter of Africa and South Africa Branch are expecting that more and more senior distributor representatives from Nigeria could have extensive interaction and communication with local distributors. Market Express-Green World Opened No. 019 Specialty Shop in Maseru, Lesotho    On September 2, 2012, Green World Group South Africa East London Branch formally opened No. 019 Specialty Shop-the second specialty shop in Lesotho. Mr. Bruce Huang, the general manager of Green World South Africa East London Branch, and Mr Golodo wawa, Mr patric, Mr Manuel, Mrs Evodia, the senior network leaders came to Maseru together and they were warmly welcomed by local distributors. They developed market and publicized Green World brand actively by propaganda vehicle in the downtown area of the capital.

In May of this year, Mr. Huang came to Maseru, Lesotho to do market investigation and he promised to local distributors that, if Maseru distributors could achieve certain sales performance within three months, he would open specialty shop in Maseru so as to provide convenience for distributors to buy Green World products.

Green World Zimbabwe Network Marketing and Multi-Level Marketing

President of Green World Group African Region, Mr. David Zhang vice president of Green World Group and president of African Region, visited Green World Zimbabwe Branch and inspected the market there. President Zhang's visit took place from April 16 to April 20, 2012.

On April 16, President Zhang arrived at Harare international airport of Zimbabwe, was warmly welcomed by Mr. Zhijun Ji, general manager of Green World Group Zimbabwe Branch, and more than one hundred Senior Green World Distributors. The distributors wore company uniforms and waved company flags, which formed beautiful scenery at the airport. President Zhang was warmly welcomed by distributors at the airport.

Next day, President Zhang, nearly 800 distributors and potential bustomers attended the Green World Business Opportunity explanation meeting held by branch office and senior distributors. Tendai, senior distributor, Ngoni and Blessing, senior lecturers, all made speeches and gave a detailed explanation and training about the products and compensation plan in the meeting.

The high quality Green World Health Products and high-return Green World Compensation Plan of Green World Group had a strong reaction among the participants. All seats were taken in Harare business explanation meeting. President Zhang gave a speech in the meeting. He highly appraised Zimbabwe Green World Distributor Team, stated that they were one of “the most professional teams in African region”, and the business explanation meeting played a role of “benchmark” for education and training of African region. President Zhang explained company’s mission, prospect and management idea in detail. He also said that as a leader of the same industry in African region, Green World Group had core competitive advantages of “professional management and service”, “good company-customer relationship”, and “product leading capacity” (known as the quality and effect of products) which was the key point for Green World Group’s sustainable operation and development. Green World Group deeply understood this point, strictly controlled and checked the quality of products in all aspects.

The explanation meeting achieved great success. More than 300 people joined in, became a member of Green World and bought products.

That night, the Green World Zimbabwe Branch held a barbecue party on the grass lawn of branch office, which deepened the emotional exchange and communication between the branch office and distributors, also provided a good chance for distributors to communicate and learn from each other.

During the inspection in Zimbabwe, President Zhang also visited the Green World Specialty Store in Gweru, the central city of Zimbabwe. On April 19th, he attended the market explanation meeting held in Bulawayo, the second largest city in the south of Zimbabwe. More that 400 people attended this meeting and over 200 Green World People joined in, became Green World Distributors and bought products. In Bulawayo, Mr. Zhang also paid an official call on Mr. Cain Mathema, the honorable provincial governor of Bulawayo Province. During their talk, Mr. Zhang introduced the development status of Green World Global Markets to the honorable governor, especially the excellent development status in Africa. He also stated the long-term strategic planning and market expansion plan of Green World in Zimbabwe. Mr. Zhang said, Green World had been actively involved in the economic construction of each country, fulfilling our obligation as a responsible corporate citizen and had made due contribution to the local employment.

Representing the provincial government, the honorable provincial governor welcomed Green World to develop in Zimbabwe. He introduced the natural and human environment, and the economic development conditions of this province, stressed its a good investment environment and preferential policies. The provincial governor also hoped and sincerely invited Green World Group to root its green industry in Bulawayo Province by promising that the provincial government would give their utmost support to ensure Green World Business to develop smoothly in Zimbabwe. President Zhang paid an official visit to Mr.Cain Mathema, provincial governor of Bulawayo Province.

During his stay in Zimbabwe, President Zhang also specially held senior distributor conference. In the conference, he listened to the opinions and suggestions of distributors, know about the needs of Zimbabwe Distributors in detail, answered the questions of their interests one by one and solved some of their problems at the site. Zimbabwe is one of strategic key markets in Green World African Region and the whole group.

We believe that Zimbabwe will soon become another huge economic growth point of Green World in Africa in the near future.

The Rich Life of Green World

The rapid development of Green World relies both on Green World Distributors and the staff of Green World to remain dedicated and focused. To guarantee the success of the company and it's rapid growth, Green World staff  unite together and strive hard for greater progress.

Life is however not only about hard work. They say "work hard and play even harder", and that's exactly what the staff members did on April 29th, 2012. The Green World Management Team organized a spring trip to Badaling Great Wall and Badaling Wildlife Park in Beijng, in order to enrich the lives of the staff. Nearly 100 personnel actively signed up and spent a fruitful day engaging in activities.

Badaling Great Wall was the first stop of the spring trip. Although I was mentally prepared for the hustle and bustle awaiting us, I was still shocked when we arrived at the place and saw huge crowds of people coming and going. But none of us were at all bothered by the crowds  and proceeded straight ahead without rest. We climbed up to the top of “Hero Slope”. After a morning’s climbing-up, everyone was all wet with sweat and others out of breath.

At 'Hero Slope' of our climb, I was able to look into the distance while enjoying the crisp fresh air. Below my feet, The Great Wall of China  looked just like a huge dragon, wriggling up and down, circling round and round. Such an amazing sight.

While overlooking the magnificent towering Great Wall which witnessed countless vicissitudes, a kind of lofty sentiment spontaneously arose in my heart . Almost like a moment of clarity my views and thoughts suddenly became more vivid and more clear.

That moment was somewhat short lived as we needed to make our way back down.  The stairs down were so steep that we had to support each other by hand. Not sure which was better though, the journey up or the one down.

Badaling Wildlife Park

Here in the park, following the tour route, we were blended into the world of animals. Scattered among hills and wildernesses where quite a few Romanesque animal ferity recovery fields in which tigers, lions and wolves preyed. Another eye-opener was me seeing a few rare white tigers walking in the luxuriant woods. Each scenic spot caused cells of happiness to sparkle. Everybody laughed a hearty laugh while roaming around the park, deeply immersed in the embrace of nature, and enjoying the easiness and pleasure brought by this trip. Our unified Green World T-shirts also formed a beautiful scene.

One day’s cheerful journey was a success and when we unwillingly said goodbye to each other. I urge all Green World staff members and Green World Distributors to stay happy, keep a moved feeling in their hearts, pass confidence on to others and stay true to their dreams. With the successful holding of this spring trip, inter-colleague relationships was greatly cemented, and a sense of responsibility and cohesion has further emerged.

We all expressed the hope that we would continue to climb up the mountain of career and forge ahead bravely in future work. With this conviction in heart, we are bound to unite all the more and get fully equipped for a new voyage. This spring trip fully unfolds the glamour of Green World’s Corporate Culture.

On April 18, 2012, Green World Congo-Brazzaville Branch Senior Distributor Conference was successfully held. Deng Yongjun, manager of Green World Congo -Brazzaville Branch, and seventeen senior distributors got together and carried out an in-depth discussion on affairs of Congo-Brazzaville Branch.

“Getting Together, Raising Morale; Planning Jointly; Growing Together”. With a clear theme and rich content, this conference got a great response among the distributors.

At the beginning of the conference, every distributor present gave a short speech about their status, problems they experienced, suggestions, etc.

In an active atmosphere, all distributors spoke enthusiastically as they introduced their multi-level marketing development status. They discussed the current market conditions of Green World Congo-Brazzaville Branch, existing problems, education and training, and their views and suggestions about the branch office’s future development, etc.

Manager Deng Yongjun listened to the distributors’ speeches carefully, took a detailed note on every distributor’s speech, and then summarized their speeches. .

Manager Deng Yongjun affirmed the speeches and highlighted how necessary it is for a leader to know the current condition and market clearly. The distributor’s had a common theme that came across during their speeches – all the distributors had paid attention to the market conditions and education and training. This gave a positive signal to the branch office of who Green World Congo-Brazzaville’s leaders are.

Manager Deng made a concluding statement and answered the problems raised by distributors in detail. Problems raised should be solved.

Based on the problems raised by distributors which were in contrast with the business strategy and future development direction of the branch, Manager Deng answered all the questions concerning four themes: Green World Company, Green World Products, Network Marketing Education, and service.

Firstly, the branch management is devoted to developing Green World Congo-Brazzaville into the leader of direct selling industry in Congo-Brazzaville, regardless of its current image and strength which will vastly improve over time. As a large transnational company, Green World's Corporate image is of vital importance. In accordance with the vision, the branch has designede an overall renovation and make-over plan on its external image. Distributors and future clients would see a brand new Green World Congo-Brazzaville branch in the near future.

Secondly, according to the sales of Green World Products and customer feedback, the branch has ordered a new batch of products from Green World Headquarters. This order includes Green World Products that are high in demand and also a multiple range of new products to the Congo-Brazzaville market. This strategic move is to ensure the purchase demand of distributors is met with a supply of Green World’s Health Supplements and Products.

Thirdly, education and training plays an important role in the direct selling and sales industry. A direct sales culture, training on the products, business plan, and motivation system cannot be regarded as in-depth training and are a long way from teaching distributors to build huge income generating organisations. The distributors acknowledged the importance of education and training and all expressed that they would actively participate in the training offered by the branch and organise network marketing training with staff member of this branch.

Furthermore, the branch would further train present lecturers and select some new lecturers to form an excellent lecturer and training team of Green World Congo-Brazzaville. Discussion of forming an assessment system to reward excellent lecturers also took place. With enough manpower and a dedicated team, in the near future the branch will be able to hold large-scale training conferences and seminars at regular intervals.

Every staff member of the Green World Congo-Brazzaville Branch would adhere to stricter standards while striving to improve service quality and provide a better business environment for distributors and clients.

The excellent explanation of Manager Deng won warm applauses of all who attended the conference. Existing problems and issues have been addressed and are all in the pipeline of being resolved. Questions and doubt that was amongst the distributors has also been resolved as they expressed that they would follow and help lead the Green World Congo-Brazzaville Branch to great success.

The 2011-20012 festival was successfully held at the Green World Group Headquarters, which was filled with a strong spring, festal, warm and joyful atmosphere. Ms. Deming Li, President of Green World Group, and the whole staff from the Headquarters of Green World gathered there. Everyone got to sharpen their social network marketing skill and fully enjoyed this moment which was full of cheers and laughter.

At the beginning of the party, President Deming Li delivered a warm speech in which she expressed her deep gratitude to the hard-working domestic and overseas staff and wished everyone success in work, good luck in everything, a happy and harmonious family and a good Spring Festival with the family! President Li’s speech warmed everyone’s heart and won every participant’s applause and cheers! The excellent cultural performance began with a passionate song performed by Zhao Zhenkai, a staff from computation department, which stired the passion of the whole audience. The joyous songs and excellent lucky draw continuously won warm applause. Poto-Poto Conference of Green World Congo Brazzaville Branch On Dececember 3, 2011, Green World Congo Brazzaville Branch held the market propaganda conference in Poto-Poto district of Brazzaville, the capital of Congo Brazzaville. Ms. Wendy Hao, the general manager of Green World Congo Brazzaville Branch, Ms. Zhongjia Lin, the financial manager, Mr. Long Feng, the manager of the computation department and the local staff of the branch attended this conference and invited the distinguished guests, like Malonga Daniel, the outstanding product lecturer, Fouka Gaetan, Mabila David and Nord Pungu, the storekeepers of the Poto,Poto Green World Specialty Stores. More than 150 people attended this conference.

Poto-Poto conference site is next to a Green World Specialty Store. This conference had gotten substantial support of Nord Pungu, the storekeeper. At the early stage of the conference, the distributors provided good services and detailed explanations to the participants representing Green World. This propaganda conference encountered heavy rains, but the participants still came in constant streams and showed great interest in the idea and products of the company.

In the conference hall, the distributors were providing good services. Outside of the conference hall, cars were going to and fro in constant streams. When the conference had just begun, Garcia, the local staff member of the branch, made an opening speech as the host to welcome the participants and thank them for coming. Garcia pointed out that the conference was held to let more people know Green World and share in the joys of health and wealth.

Next, Ms. Wendy Hao, the branch manager, gave a speech to warmly welcome the present participants and briefly introduced Green World Group, its products and idea's to everyone. Her speech focused on both health and wealth being indispensable. All seats in the conference hall were occupied.

Upon finishing her speech, the audiences could not wait to know more about the business plan and products of the company. Then, Garcia, the conference host and excellent staff members of the branch, explained the Green World Business Plan. Any success depends upon previous preparations. Next, Malonga, who is an excellent lecturer, explained Green World Products to the audiences. His simple and humorous words won thunderous applauses and greatly aroused the interest of audiences off the stage. He explained the effects and efficacies of the company products clearly and logically, and during his explanation, many audiences proposed some questions about health. Health is worth everyone to share, invest in and dutifully take-care of.

Mabiala, the storekeeper, firstly shared his story with us when the conference went to the sharing of personal experiences. He became a storekeeper of Green World from an ordinary distributor, which affirmed the ideals of Green World, that is - Green World can benefit others and be a winning MLM and Network Marketing Opportunity. The living story made every audience member have more confidence in Green World.
